SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing
Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping - we do not ship on weekends and holidays. Processing times are in addition to carrier delivery times. Please note that orders placed over holiday weekends may take a day or two longer to process, due to heavy order volume.

Store Pick Up
Orders may be picked up at any of our locations during regular business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to check your order status. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us.

Domestic Shipping Options
We offer Standard Ground Shipping. Standard Ground shipping is $9.95. We usually ship via UPS & USPS. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors.

International Shipping is not available at this time.

Refund Policy & Procedure Online Orders

We have a 30 day return policy. Orders may be returned within 30 days of its purchase date.

Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition, unopened and in new condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

To process your online order return please email us at hello@verdemarketonline.com. If your online order is eligible for return we will email a shipping label. Once the return is received and inspected we will contact you and let you know if your return was approved or not. If approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the cost of the return shipping.

Bulk items are non refundable.

In Store Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy for instore purchases. Items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unopened and in new condition.
A receipt must be provided.

Items that are damaged and do not have a receipt are not eligible for refund.

Bulk items refilled in personal containers are not eligible for return for public health safety reasons.
